According to an official notice published at Mfoundi division this June, Samuel Eto’o has lost two plots of land.
The court of first instance in Yaoundé, withdrew two land titles, in this case land titles no. 1383 and 25644. The first land with an area of 1778m ² is located in Yaoundé in Mont-Fébé while the second one of an area of 2000m ² is located in the commercial center of the same city.
In Cameroon, the Minister of Land Tenure can withdraw a land title when he finds either fraud attributable to the administration, committed during the process of obtaining the land title, or fraud of the land beneficiary.
In either case, the holder of the land title may appeal to the administrative jurisdiction.
