In May, we reported that Dencia is going back to school, almost two years after declaring formal education OVERRATED And OBSOLETE.
We can now add that, Dencia is now a student of the prestigious Harvard Business School.
Moments ago, the Nigerian-Cameroonian singer took to her Instagram to share screenshots of her identity card and a details of the $48,000 (about FCFA 28.2 million) business course she is currently running at the school.
“I’ve always been that student who takes random classes that go with my day to day life. School isn’t about focusing on one thing, it’s about learning as many things as possible that will help you daily,” said the Whitenicious mogul.
She continued, adding that though she chooses to learn a new thing from the college, her personal experience as an entrepreneur sort of beats the theories taught in the class.
“The business experience I’ve has make my classes boring,” she said.
This update comes weeks after the singer first hinted that she would be going back to school.
In tweets shared last month, the ‘Beri Beri’ singer who dragged American actress Lisa Raye McCoy for slandering her beauty products, Dencia bragged about putting the media in its place because she believe media often attempts to dismiss her as simply a bleaching expert.
“People have learned not to try me.Maybe the media can start reporting my real life not me defending myself against bullies,” she said in May, adding, “I’m getting ready to go to Harvard, working on an EP, etc a lot is happening.”
Well, now she is a Harvard student and she already has what it feels like to be back in a classroom.
